WordPress Support
WordPress fixes, website changes and troubleshooting
Need something changed, repaired or looked at on your WordPress website?
DRA Digital provides WordPress support for small businesses, community groups and individuals in Sydney and across Australia. You can request help when you need it, without committing to an ongoing maintenance plan.
Whether it's a content update, layout change, plugin problem or something that simply isn't working properly, explain what you need and I'll review the request before any work begins.
If the request is outside the work I can safely or confidently complete, I'll tell you upfront.
Clear hourly pricing
WordPress support when you need it
WordPress support and website changes are charged at $75 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour.
I'll review your request before starting. If the job is likely to take longer than one hour, I'll explain what's involved and provide an estimate before continuing.
Additional time won't be charged without your approval.
No fix, no fee applies to agreed repair work where I'm unable to resolve the requested problem.

Who it's for
Available to existing and new clients
You don't need to host your website with DRA Digital or be on a WordPress Care Plan to request WordPress support.
I can usually assist with WordPress websites built by another designer or developer, provided suitable access is available and the website can be worked on safely.
Older, heavily customised or poorly maintained websites may need an initial assessment before changes can be made.

WordPress Support questions
Do I need to be an existing DRA Digital client?
No. WordPress Support is available to existing and new clients, including people whose website was built or hosted elsewhere.
How does the hourly pricing work?
The minimum charge is $75, which covers up to the first hour of approved work. If the job is likely to take longer, I'll provide an estimate and get your approval before charging for additional time.
What does no fix, no fee mean?
For agreed repair work, there is no fee if I'm unable to resolve the requested problem. It doesn't apply to completed website changes or investigations where the cause is identified but another provider or specialist is needed. If the work is outside what I can safely complete, I'll tell you before accepting the job.
Will you need access to my website?
Usually, yes. Depending on the job, I may need access to WordPress, hosting, cPanel, DNS or another service. A backup or suitable restore point will be created before approved website changes are made.
What's not included in WordPress Support?
WordPress Support doesn't include ongoing maintenance, emergency or around-the-clock assistance, or premium plugin, theme and software licence costs. Ongoing updates, backups and monitoring are available through the separate WordPress Care Plan.
