Web hosting or WordPress maintenance?
Hosting keeps your website online. WordPress maintenance looks after updates, monitoring and routine website health.
Web Hosting
Your hosting plan provides server space, bandwidth, cPanel, SSL and automated backups with self-service restoration.
WordPress updates, website repairs and content changes aren't included automatically.
WordPress Care Plan
Optional ongoing maintenance, including WordPress updates, daily off-site backups, security and uptime monitoring, and monthly reporting.
The Care Plan doesn't include website hosting.

Payments and renewals
Monthly or yearly
Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months and offer savings compared with monthly payments.
Automatic renewals
Hosting subscriptions renew automatically each month or year. Renewal notifications are provided, and you can cancel before your next billing period.
14-day guarantee
New hosting purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial payment, subject to the Terms and Conditions. The guarantee doesn't restart with renewals.

Does hosting include a domain name?
No. Domain registration is a separate service. You can connect a domain you already own, or I can help you register and configure a new one.
Can I move my existing website to DRA Digital?
Yes. I'll review your current website, hosting and email setup, then explain what's involved in moving everything. Any separate migration costs will be discussed first.
Can I use email addresses with my own domain?
Yes. Email hosting is available with your domain. The number of accounts depends on your hosting plan.
Can I upgrade my hosting plan later?
Yes. If your website needs additional storage, bandwidth or other resources, we can review your requirements and arrange a suitable upgrade.
What does unlimited bandwidth (fair use) mean?
The Ultimate hosting plan doesn't have a fixed monthly bandwidth allowance for normal website use.
Fair use means the hosting is intended for websites operating within reasonable resource requirements. Activities that place excessive demands on the server or negatively affect other websites may require a review.
If your website consistently uses unusually high resources, we'll contact you to discuss suitable options.
Can you host websites that don't use WordPress?
Potentially. It depends on the software and technical requirements. Contact me with your website details and I'll confirm whether the hosting is suitable.
