Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how DRA Digital provides website design, hosting, domain names, WordPress support and related digital services, including payments, subscriptions and customer responsibilities.

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

About these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use this website, contact DRA Digital, request a quote, approve work, purchase a service or continue using a DRA Digital service.

By requesting or purchasing services from DRA Digital, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, unless separate written terms are agreed for a particular project or service.

Quotes, proposals, invoices, product descriptions and written agreements may contain additional terms specific to a service. Where terms differ, the terms specifically agreed for that service will apply, subject to applicable law.

Services provided

DRA Digital provides digital services that may include:

  • WordPress website design and development
  • Website redesigns, updates and improvements
  • Web hosting and related support
  • Domain name registration and management assistance
  • WordPress support, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Website audits and recommendations
  • Website security and performance assistance
  • Other digital services agreed in writing

The scope of each service is determined by the relevant product description, quote, proposal or written agreement.

Quotes and project scope

Quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared. If the scope of work changes or additional services are requested, DRA Digital may provide a revised quote or charge separately for the additional work.

A project may include a specified number of pages, sections, revisions, features or support tasks. Work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Quotes are not confirmed until accepted by the customer and approved by DRA Digital. DRA Digital may decline work where reasonably appropriate.

Customer responsibilities

Customers may need to provide information, content, approvals, images, files, website credentials, domain details, hosting access or other materials required to complete the agreed work.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide are accurate, lawful and suitable for their intended use.

Customers must have permission to use any supplied images, logos, documents, software or other protected materials.

DRA Digital is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, unavailable access, delayed approvals or changes requested after work has commenced.

Content, images and supplied materials

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for providing the website content, branding, images, business details and other information required for their project.

DRA Digital may assist with content structure, editing and presentation, but customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving the accuracy of information published on their websites.

Stock images, themes, plugins, fonts and other third party materials may be subject to separate licence conditions.

Payments and invoices

Payment requirements will be displayed in the relevant product description, checkout, quote, proposal, invoice or service agreement.

DRA Digital may require a deposit, staged payment or full payment before work begins, a website is launched or a service is activated.

Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. If payment is overdue, DRA Digital may pause work or suspend services where permitted by law and the applicable service terms.

Online payments and subscriptions may be processed through third party services, including SureCart and Stripe.

DRA Digital does not charge GST while it is not registered for GST. If its GST registration status changes, applicable taxes will be disclosed as required.

Hosting subscriptions and automatic renewals

DRA Digital offers web hosting plans with monthly or annual billing options.

Hosting subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal payment.

By purchasing a recurring hosting plan, the customer authorises the applicable recurring payment to be processed using their selected payment method.

The amount charged and billing frequency are displayed during checkout and in the relevant product information.

Customers may receive renewal reminders, payment confirmations and other subscription notifications by email.

Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details and payment information accurate and up to date.

Managing and cancelling subscriptions

Customers can manage their subscriptions through the DRA Digital customer portal, including reviewing subscription details, updating payment information and requesting cancellation.

Unless otherwise agreed, a subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Customers may continue using their hosting service until the end of that period, provided the account remains compliant with these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal payments but does not normally provide a refund for an unused portion of an existing billing period, except where the 14-day initial hosting guarantee applies or a refund is required by law.

Customers should arrange to download or transfer website files, databases, emails and other information before their hosting service ends.

DRA Digital may provide assistance with website migration or data export. Additional work may incur a separate charge, which will be discussed beforehand.

Failed payments and overdue subscriptions

If a recurring payment fails, the payment provider may attempt to process the payment again and send notifications requesting updated payment details.

Customers should update their payment information promptly to avoid possible disruption.

If payment remains outstanding, the subscription may be cancelled and the associated service may be suspended or terminated after reasonable notice where circumstances permit.

Payment recovery periods and retry procedures may vary depending on the payment provider and the subscription settings in use.

DRA Digital is not responsible for disruption caused by expired payment methods or unpaid services to the extent permitted by law.

14-day hosting money-back guarantee

DRA Digital offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on an eligible customer's initial web hosting purchase.

This gives new hosting customers an opportunity to try the service and decide whether it suits their needs.

If a customer is not satisfied with their initial hosting purchase, they may request cancellation and a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

The guarantee applies to the initial hosting purchase only. It does not restart when a subscription renews, a customer changes hosting plans or an existing customer purchases another hosting subscription.

The voluntary guarantee does not automatically cover domain registrations, third party licences, separately charged migration services, website design, WordPress support or other services purchased alongside hosting.

Where a refund is approved under this guarantee, the associated hosting service will be cancelled. Customers should arrange to retain copies of any website files, emails or data they need before the service is closed.

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing arrangements.

This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Hosting resources and fair use

Hosting plans include specified resource allowances that may cover storage, bandwidth, websites, email accounts, databases, subdomains and other hosting features.

The allowances for each plan are displayed in the relevant product description and may differ between hosting packages.

Resources described as unlimited remain subject to reasonable use, technical limitations and any applicable upstream hosting provider requirements.

Unlimited bandwidth does not mean unlimited storage, processing capacity, server memory or other system resources.

Hosting services must not be used in a way that significantly disrupts other customers, compromises server security or places unreasonable demands on shared infrastructure.

If an account regularly exceeds its allocated resources or creates performance problems, DRA Digital may contact the customer to discuss optimisation, usage changes or upgrading to a more suitable plan.

Where urgent action is necessary to protect service security or stability, DRA Digital may temporarily restrict affected services, taking reasonable steps to notify the customer where circumstances permit.

Domain names and related services

Domain registration and renewal are separate from website hosting unless specifically included in a purchased package.

Domain registrations, transfers and renewals may be subject to registrar, registry and other third party terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate registration details and keeping relevant contact information up to date.

Domain registration fees may be non-refundable once a registration or renewal has been completed, subject to applicable law and the relevant provider's terms.

DRA Digital cannot guarantee that a particular domain name will remain available until registration has been successfully completed.

Website launch and project approval

Before a website is launched, customers are responsible for reviewing the completed work and advising DRA Digital of required corrections.

Once a website is approved or launched, the project is considered accepted, except for agreed outstanding work or issues covered by applicable consumer guarantees.

Changes requested after launch may be treated as additional work unless they relate to an agreed outstanding issue or another applicable obligation.

WordPress support and care plans

WordPress support and care plans include only the services described in the relevant product information, quote or written agreement.

Services may include software updates, troubleshooting, website maintenance, monitoring, backups, minor changes or advice, depending on the plan purchased.

Unless specifically included, support does not cover unlimited website changes, major redesigns, custom development, new functionality, malware recovery or unrelated third party platform problems.

Work outside the agreed service scope may be quoted separately.

Backups and data restoration

DRA Digital hosting plans include access to automated backups and available restoration facilities.

Backup frequency, recovery points and retention periods may depend on the hosting infrastructure and backup systems in use.

Although reasonable steps are taken to maintain backup services, no backup system can be guaranteed to be complete, current or available in every circumstance.

Customers should maintain independent copies of important website files, databases, emails, documents and other information.

Assistance with restoring information may be available, but recovery of all data cannot be guaranteed.

Additional recovery work outside the included hosting features may incur charges, which will be discussed before work proceeds.

Website and account security

DRA Digital takes reasonable steps to maintain the security of its hosting systems and services.

However, no website, hosting environment, plugin, theme, software platform or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials, using strong passwords, restricting unnecessary access and keeping software updated where those tasks are not included in a purchased maintenance service.

Customers should notify DRA Digital promptly if they suspect unauthorised access, malware or another security issue affecting their hosting account.

Acceptable use of hosting services

Hosting services must not be used for unlawful activities, unauthorised access, distribution of malware, phishing, spam, copyright infringement or other activities that compromise security or interfere with other users.

Customers are responsible for the content and activity associated with their hosting accounts.

DRA Digital may investigate reported misuse and take reasonable action, including temporarily restricting services where necessary to protect systems, customers or third parties.

Third party services

Websites and digital services may rely on third party providers, including hosting infrastructure providers, domain registrars, payment processors, plugins, themes, email platforms, analytics services and security tools.

These providers may have their own service terms, licence conditions and technical limitations.

DRA Digital cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third party systems or prevent changes made by external providers.

Where an issue arises, DRA Digital will provide reasonable assistance within the scope of the purchased service. Additional work may require a separate quote.

Website performance and search results

DRA Digital aims to provide websites and digital services suitable for their intended purposes.

No guarantee is made that a website will achieve a particular search ranking, traffic level, number of enquiries, sales result or performance score.

Search engines, advertising platforms, third party systems and user behaviour can change over time, affecting website results.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, customers may use the final website content and design created specifically for their project once all agreed payments have been completed.

DRA Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, reusable code, processes, internal systems and materials developed independently of a customer's project.

Third party themes, plugins, fonts, images, software and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Portfolio and project examples

DRA Digital may refer to completed projects in its portfolio, website or promotional materials unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

Confidential information, private account details and customer login credentials will not be intentionally published as part of portfolio use.

Project cancellations and changes

If a customer needs to cancel or pause a website project or other agreed work, they should contact DRA Digital as soon as possible.

Charges may apply for work already completed, time spent, approved purchases, third party costs or other services arranged specifically for the project.

Any cancellation charges will be assessed according to the agreed service terms and applicable consumer law.

DRA Digital may decline, pause or stop providing services where there is non-payment, unlawful activity, serious misuse, abusive conduct or a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to remedies where services fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees. The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and the nature of the problem.

DRA Digital's voluntary 14-day hosting guarantee operates in addition to these rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DRA Digital is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including certain third party outages, service interruptions or external platform failures.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not restrict rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

DRA Digital handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored and shared, including information associated with online purchases and subscriptions.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any applicable laws that cannot be excluded.

If a dispute arises, DRA Digital and the customer agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through reasonable communication and good faith discussions.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

DRA Digital may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, business operations or applicable requirements.

The current version will be published on this website with its most recent update date.

Changes to an existing customer's agreed subscription terms will be communicated where required by law or the applicable agreement.
